Meet The Team

Founder - AI Entrepreneur

Kwabena A. Prempeh

Kwabena A. Prempeh is the founder of MOTI Technology and a seasoned technology executive with more than two decades of experience across enterprise IT, systems engineering, and government technology leadership. His career spans roles at Comcast, T. Rowe Price, and Sun Microsystems (now Oracle), followed by senior IT management positions within the United States government, where he led major modernization and infrastructure initiatives.

Kwabena attended the University of Cape Coast from 1996-1999, professional certificates from UMBC and Johns Hopkins University, and an advanced certificate in Artificial Intelligence—covering Applied Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agents—from the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering. He also maintains industry certifications including CompTIA Security+, Oracle 10g DBA, SCSA, CEH, CISSP, and AWS Solutions Architect – Professional.

As founder of MOTI Technology, he brings together deep technical expertise and strategic leadership to drive innovation and digital transformation across Africa’s technology landscape.

Director of Operations

Kweku Kyei Ofori

Kwaku Kyei Ofori is a technology entrepreneur and public‑sector executive with more than 15 years of experience in digital transformation and enterprise ICT leadership. Appointed in 2017 as Deputy Director‑General of Ghana’s National Information Technology Agency (NITA), he helped advance the nation’s digital agenda, launching the Smart Workplace platform, strengthening government ICT infrastructure, and overseeing Ghana’s Tier III data center and national fiber network. He currently serves as Deputy Director‑General of the National Council for Curriculum and Assessment (NaCCA).

Kwaku is the founder of O&O Technologies‑USA and the social‑impact venture OforiBowTies, and has led multiple youth‑focused technology and career‑readiness initiatives across the United States. His earlier career includes roles at United Technologies, Aetna, Accenture Federal Services, and technical leadership positions at Georgetown University and Central Connecticut State University. He holds an MA in Technology Management from Georgetown University, a BA in Networking Technology from Central Connecticut State University, and a certificate in Utility Regulation and Strategy from the University of Florida.

Director, AI Labs & Innovation Implementation Africa

Dr. David King Boison

Dr. David King Boison is a distinguished AI Governance Architect and sovereign digital economy strategist with dual PhDs and more than a decade of leadership across artificial intelligence, maritime systems, and public‑sector digital transformation. He serves as CEO of Knowledge Web Centre Ltd, where he advances AI implementation, blue‑economy systems, and institutional modernization across Africa.

Dr. Boison is the creator of the Visionary Prompt Framework (VPF), a governance‑grade intelligence orchestration model deployed in national AI capacity‑building programmes. Through the AiAfrica Project, he has supported large‑scale public‑sector AI training across 54 African countries, contributing to the upskilling of 2.4 million learners.

A seasoned academic and researcher, he holds doctorates in Port Operations & Logistics and Business Administration, has supervised over 580 graduate theses, and has published extensively on AI governance, virtual assets, supply chains, and intelligence orchestration. His governance roles span national ethics boards, digital‑trade committees, and port‑modernization initiatives.

With deep expertise in AI systems, blockchain adoption, environmental intelligence, and sovereign digital policy, Dr. Boison brings a rare blend of academic rigor, institutional strategy, and continental‑scale implementation leadership.

Jeremy Vickery

Jeremy Vickery is an AI engineering leader with deep expertise in experimentation, distributed systems, and large-scale data architecture. Jeremy leads AI Experimentation at T.Rowe Price Labs, building next generation intelligent systems and research frameworks. His career spans senior roles at MapFit, GEOFI, and HIGHFLEET, delivering mission-critical solutions across geospatial intelligence, enterprise data, and advanced computing.
